Sponsor a large (flue) tube, a small tube or a crown stay - all of which need to be purchased and installed in the boiler before the
Duchess can steam again. There are 40 large tubes, 129 small tubes and 384 crown stays! Each of these items has a certificate
with a unique identification number. When you sponsor an item you will receive the certificate, with your name on. Your name will
then be added to a list which will be displayed in the West Shed alongside a large illustration of the tube plate so that all can see
who has sponsored each tube. The crown stay sponsor names will appear on a list in the same place. The lists of names will also
be displayed on this website, available for all to see.
